It's really a very nice and modenerly furnished appartment with a lot of waredrobes. The kitchen is also very well equipped.

Lovely clean aparthotel well situated with good transport links and close to beach. The manager gave advice on places to visit by bus.

Super hotel with fantastic apartments. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. If we were to mention one thing that was missing, it would have to be that there could have been more pegs for hanging towels in the bathroom, as well as some pegs in the entrance hall and in the bedrooms for hanging clothes. Towels were changed and beds were made every day if desired and the apartment was cleaned once a week. Very pleasant and helpful service at the reception. The bedrooms faced an air pocket in the middle of the hotel building so it was completely quiet. The balconies were facing the street, which naturally causes some traffic noise, but otherwise great.

Wij werden ontvangen in dit mooie nieuwe appartementsgebouw door de vriendelijke en enthousiaste Javier, waar je met alle vragen kan aankloppen. Het appartement was zeer compleet met een volledig ingerichte keuken. Wifi is zeer goed. Er stond een welkomstpakket voor ons klaar met wijn, kaas, ham en allerlei lekkerheden. Ook is er de mogelijkheid om vakantie en werk te combineren met speciaal ingerichte werkplekken. Je kan in de garage je auto parkeren en je fietsen/mountainbikes stallen. Prima uitvalbasis om de stad te verkennen. Het is ongeveer 5 minuten lopen naar het strand waar je kan surfen, zwemmen en lekker in de zon liggen. De wandelboulevard is nieuw aangelegd en ziet er picobello uit. In de omgeving zijn diverse supermarkten, restaurants, cafés en bakkers. Het openbaar stadsvervoer (gele bussen) is goed geregeld in Las Palmas en met een contactloze buskaart is het goedkoop reizen door de stad. Er zijn diverse winkelcentra/winkelstraten voor de shoppers onder ons.

Highly recommend, was very happy with staff professionalism, price and high quality of the apartment. Everything is tasteful, new and clean. The location is just a 5 min walk to the city beach so very convenient. Apartment is on a relatively busy road, but was easily able to sleep at night despite window being open without thre traffic noise being intrusive

Excellent space. Wonderful location and staff. Check-in felt a little lonely arriving on a Sunday. The phone key scares me a little. What happens if my phone battery dies...? Why do you need to use the phone key to go downstairs?

Very good the accommodation and the services. Rooms equipped enough good, with new furniture and electrical apparatus. However the wifi (very important service) was very bad and practically zero. En generally we recommend it.

What a great place to stay! Beautiful rooms which are modern and spacious as well as tastefully designed. These apartments have great facilities and being brand new everything is immaculately clean, spotless in fact! Javier the manager is very helpful and all the staff are extremely efficient and friendly. I will definitely be staying here again as the service is excellent.
