  • To cancel your membership of the loyalty programme, please send an email to the following address: comercial@murhotels.com. We will process your cancellation immediately and you will receive confirmation by email.

  • The personal data of members registered with CLUB MUR will be included in their user profile to ensure the proper management of their CLUB MUR membership level, to personalise services, and to send personalised marketing communications regarding MUR Hotels’ tourist products and services.
