CHEF NAYRA RUFO
Chef Nayra Rufo is the creative mind behind the Parque Romántico Restaurant, located in the MUR Bungalows Parque Romántico complex in Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. Her culinary approach is characterized by the combination of modern, Mediterranean and Asian fusions, standing out for her creativity and attention to detail. From a young age, Nayra showed a deep interest in cooking and gastronomy. After graduating in Business Administration and Management, she decided to follow her true vocation and trained in the Higher Cycle of Kitchen Management at HECANSA. At the end of this first stage of training, she began her professional career in other prestigious hotel chains in the south of Gran Canaria. There she had the opportunity to learn from great professionals, who, with patience and dedication, transmitted the secrets of the trade to her. Currently, Nayra Rufo is responsible for the kitchen of the Parque Romántico restaurant at MUR Hotels.

We went recommended by a friend, and we loved it... the rice and octopus were the best I've tasted in Gran Canaria. We were also able to talk to the chef nayra rufo, we congratulate her and we will surely visit her again.

First I will mention the people who make this place magic: Cristina, Rosi and Javier. All the dishes were exquisite and the dessert was sensational, one of the best cakes I have ever tasted. Even the background music was great. 10 out of 10

We went to eat at this restaurant after seeing the good reviews it had on the Internet and we were not disappointed. The treatment of Rosi wonderful, modern and cozy place and the chef Nayra simply exceptional. Elaborate and high quality dishes. We will repeat without a doubt!
