All stays made on our website in double rooms in Half Board or All Inclusive, of 12 nights or more in the Mur Hotel Neptuno or Mur Hotel Faro Jandia, have a free transfer from the airport to the hotel and back.
Other transfers can be requested by adding it in Extras at the time of booking. Or request a transfer by sending an email to: shuttle@murhotels.com. The transfer will be paid on arrival at the hotel reception.We kindly ask our guests to wear appropriate attire to enjoy the dinner service and to refrain from entering the restaurant wearing swimming costumes, swimming trunks, bikinis, tank tops and beach shoes.

Yes, we offer a long-stay discount at ART Las Palmas, our holiday homes in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the capital. For stays of 30 nights or more, you can enjoy an additional discount. You can check prices on our booking engine.
If you arrive early at Gran Canaria and before the official check-in time (3:00 PM) at Hotel Neptuno, we can offer you early check-in, subject to availability. In case of availability at your arrival day, the cost of early check-in is €50 if it is before 10:00 AM or €30 if it is before 12:00 PM. Please let us know by email in advance if you wish to add this to your booking.

Yes, ART Las Palmas has a free parking area for all guests. You don't need to reserve a parking space, but you must check in at reception before arrival to gain access. The parking entrance is located behind the gas station.
There is also street parking available, but it is not free.Yes, there is a bus stop and taxi ranks just a few metres from the property. The bus number #60 brings you from the central busstation Santa Catalina, 20 minutes walk from ART LAS PALMAS, to the airport of Gran Canaria directly. Other option is taking a taxi calling to +34 928 46 46 45. the aproximate cost for a taxi from ART to the airport is about 40EUR.
No, this property does not offer restaurant service.
But we provide a vending machine with snacks and pastries (charges apply), a Nescafé machine with a selection of coffees (charges apply) at the lobby area and then there is a wide variety of restaurants are available nearby for breakfast, lunch and dinner option.
