If you have a reservation with us (murhotels.com), you can enjoy a free private transfer between the airport and the hotel, an offer valid exclusively for stays at the Hotel Neptuno and Hotel Faro Jandía.

If your reservation meets these requirements:

Reservation of 10 nights minimum, in a room with two people in Half Board or All inclusive -

you can enjoy the free transfer with us.

For the Hotel Neptuno it is also valid for reservations with breakfast and lunch.

From ‎murhotels.com, we offer our clients a free transfer service (provided all conditions are met, read more below**).

If you have booked for MUR Hotel Neptuno, MUR Hotel Faro Jandía & Spa, or the ART Las Palmas Holiday Homes through ‎murhotels.com, you can benefit from this service.

TRANSFER WITH CHARGE

Don't worry if you don't meet the above conditions; we can still make your arrival and departure easier by arranging your transportation for an additional fee. We offer two options: private vehicle (faster and more exclusive) or shared shuttle (reduced rate). Book now here:

BOOK PAID TRANSFER

- Only valid for stays at the MUR Hotel Neptuno or MUR Hotel Faro Jandia & Spa.
- Only for bookings made through murhotels.com, with a minimum stay of 12 nights on a Half Board or All-Inclusive basis (MUR Hotel Neptuno and MUR Hotel Faro Jandia & SPA).
- Only for bookings made on murhotels.com, for 14 nights or more at ART Holiday Homes in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
- Only for double rooms with a minimum occupancy of two people (no apartments, no single rooms).
- The stay must be continuous, with no breaks between check-ins and check-outs, and in the same room.
- The transfer always includes round-trip (airport-hotel-airport) and is not valid for one-way trips. There will be a single pickup at the same arrival and departure times.
- If the service is canceled less than 24 hours in advance, a fee of 50 € will be charged.
- Adding one or two extra people to the transfer will incur a cost of 35 € per person per trip. This requires prior approval from the Sales Department before additional passengers can board the vehicle.
- If the transfer is not used as booked, a fee of 50 € will apply.
- If you choose to take a taxi on your own, the hotel will not reimburse the expense.
