The first access to the building is through a digital key from the mobile device. Before your arrival at ART Las Palmas we will send you an email with the instructions for downloading the application and with the key with which you can access the building and reserved apartment. If the reservation has not been made through our website, but through a third-party portal, please contact us directly at recepcion.artlaspalmas@murhotels.com and send us an email so that we can send you the necessary information before arrival at ART Las Palmas.

It is very important to know the expected time of arrival to be attentive and in case the arrival is outside the opening hours, you can enter the apartment without any problem thanks to the digital locks that each accommodation has. The next day we will welcome you and complete the check-in and payment process (if necessary).
It is very important that you are informed that the electronic devices that trigger the opening and closing of the doors of the apartments, through an application or physical key, are programmed to be blocked after the check-out time, so that, from that moment the digital key would be deactivated and you would not be able to enter the apartment again.
Check-in and check-out times at ART Las Palmas cannot be brought forward or delayed. However, whenever possible, and after consultation with our staff, we can have some flexibility; everything will depend and is synchronized with the demand and occupancy of the building at the time of arrival or departure, such as cleaning protocols and availability.
