ART Las Palmas offers beside modern and fully equipped apartments, also free parking with electric charging options (at a cost), special bicycle parking, high-speed WiFi internet, airport shuttle service (at a cost), and a business center with meeting rooms.

We also offer:

- luggage storage in case the client arrive early or need to check out late. The luggage room is free of charge but need to be advised in advance to the staff
-weekly housekeeping service for stays of 7 nights or more (including sheets and towels)
- additional cleaning service: €30/day (on request)
- towel change: €5/set (on request) which includes 2 shower towels, 2 hand towels and 1 bath mat
- beach towels can be rented during the stay with an extra cost of 5€ per towel and a deposit of 20€ which will be refunded
- baby bed is offered for free. The size of the crab is 125cm (length) x 65cm (width) x 76cm (height)

Yes, ART Las Palmas is pet-friendly (dogs only) with a limit of one pet per stay, weighing no more than 10 kg. There is an additional charge of EUR 12 per night per pet. We also provide a food and water bowl for your dog.

Yes, ART Las Palmas has a free parking area for all guests. You don't need to reserve a parking space, but you must check in at reception before arrival to gain access. The parking entrance is located behind the gas station.
There is also street parking available, but it is not free.

Yes, there is a bus stop and taxi ranks just a few metres from the property. The bus number #60 brings you from the central busstation Santa Catalina, 20 minutes walk from ART LAS PALMAS, to the airport of Gran Canaria directly. Other option is taking a taxi calling to +34 928 46 46 45. the aproximate cost for a taxi from ART to the airport is about 40EUR.
