On our website’s homepage, you’ll find a section called ‘Book Now’, where you can select your preferred dates to view room availability, meal plans and prices.
Dates: Please select your arrival and departure dates.
Number of Guests: Please enter the number of guests for your booking. The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartments is three.
If you are a resident of the Canary Islands, you can select the “Resident” option, which will apply a 10% discount to your booking.
Personal Details: Once you have clicked “Book Now”, it is important that you check the contact details you have provided, in case we need to contact you before your arrival at the property.
Once all fields have been completed, you can click on the “Confirm Booking” button and your booking will be complete.
Extras: When selecting the apartment and accommodation type, you can add extras such as a pool towel and the option of breakfast and/or dinner, if you have selected accommodation only.
Payments: To make a booking, you must provide a credit or debit card number. Depending on the rate you have selected, 50% will be charged at the time of booking (semi-flexible rate) and the remainder upon arrival at the hotel. In the case of the flexible rate, the full amount will be charged upon arrival at the hotel.
Once the booking has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

The MUR Bungalow Parque Romántico is an accommodation-only complex. The bungalows are fitted with fully equipped kitchens, and the complex features a snack bar (13:00–18:00) and a signature restaurant (serving lunch and dinner – booking required).

This complex features a snack bar open from 1 pm to 6 pm.

Yes, the minimum stay may vary depending on dates and availability.

It depends on the rate used to make the booking.
For bookings made on a non-refundable or semi-flexible rate, cancellations are not permitted, so the amount already paid will not be refunded.
For bookings made on a flexible rate, you may cancel up to 24 hours before your stay at no extra cost.
All bookings with MUR Hotels can be amended.
