A magnificent stay in Gran Canaria
We were the first adults-only hotel on the island of Gran Canaria. MUR Hotel Neptuno is the perfect accommodation to enjoy an experience designed totally for those who want to travel as a couple, alone or with a group of friends. Our adults-only (+18) accommodation in Playa del Ingles offers personalised attention, an all-inclusive package without bracelets (check the schedules), a pool with a slide (the pool is not suitable for people with reduced mobility), a coworking space, and free services such as Wi-Fi, a safety deposit box, airport transfer by private car (with 10 nights minimum stay, and two people on half-board or all-inclusive), gym 24/7h, wellness centre, and much more. The accommodation is not recommended for clients with reduced mobility, due to lots of stairs within the accommodation. For any doubts please feel free to ask us before making the booking.

ALL-INCLUSIVE PACKAGE
The All Inclusive package includes buffet style breakfast and dinner in the main restaurant. A la carte lunch at the poolside snack bar. House wines, local and selected international branded, beer, spirits, cocktails, hot drinks and non-alcoholic drinks are available for you from 10:00 hrs. to 24:00 hrs.
POOL WITH SLIDE
A refreshing swim awaits you in our outdoor pool and invites you to enjoy a ride down our pool slide. The pool of the accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility (there is no ramp or elevator).
